Ingredients: Sea Salt, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Menthol, Eucalyptus Essential Oil
HOW TO USE: One tablet per shower
When congested from a cold or allergies, place in shower right under shower spray and let it dissolve while showering. FOR MILD intensity, place it on floor tub. FOR HIGH INTENSITY, place it in a bowl of steaming water, put towel over your head and position your head over the bowl, breathe deeply to breathe in its soothing effect.
It is recommended that these shower melts be stored away from direct sunlight in a sealed container like a glass jar to maintain their freshness and aroma.
